»Next Level Parzival« is a play written by Tim Staffel and produced by the jtt group of the Stadttheater Augsburg and director Andrea Udl.
A group of teenagers is playing the online roleplaying game »Artus« as suddenly a new character, Parzival occurs. He doesn't follow the rules of the game and starts to ask questions about his own existence. In the consequence the borders between reality and fiction blur more and more and for the players the game escalates into a fight for their very own existence...
As part of the visual concept of the play we did a live video projection on stage with 4 different cameras and a live mixer. Additionally we developed a visualisation and animations for the game world to appear even more real.
